- Manage fermentation processes, including bioreactor operations, cell culture, and downstream processing.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new products, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Optimize fermentation conditions to achieve high yields and productivity.

Job Requirements :

- Expertise in fermentation technology with 14-18 years of experience.
- Solid knowledge of bioreactor operation, cell culture, and downstream processing.
- Experience with upstream processing equipment like reactors and filters.
- Ability to develop and implement new products, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of quality control measures and safety protocols.
