- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex software applications using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps for implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best practices, coding standards, and industry trends.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to company's coding standards.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in C# programming language.
- Robust understanding of data structures, design patterns, and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience working with React.Js or similar front-end frameworks is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of successful technical leadership roles with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
