Key Responsibilities

Student Operations

- Own the end-to-end student operations experience on campus from onboarding to daily touchpoints
- Serve as the primary escalation point for student concerns related to administrative processes
- Coordinate with academic teams to ensure schedules, communications, and operational updates reach

students accurately and on time

- Monitor student experience metrics and initiate interventions to improve satisfaction
- Facilitate orientation programmes, campus events, and community-building initiatives

Campus Regulations & Compliance

- Ensure the campus operates in full compliance with institutional policies, safety standards, and

regulatory guidelines

- Draft, update, and communicate campus rules, SOPs, and codes of conduct to students and staff
- Conduct periodic audits of campus facilities, processes, and records to flag and resolve compliance

- Liaise with relevant authorities (internal and external) for inspections, certifications, or regulatory

submissions

Data Management

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student data, attendance, operations logs, and campus

activity

- Manage and improve Course Visibility — ensuring timetables, schedules, and course updates are

correctly reflected across all student-facing platforms

- Track, triage,



and report on SWD (Student Welfare & Development) tickets raised for the brand,

ensuring timely closure and root-cause analysis

- Produce regular reports and dashboards for leadership covering key operational metrics
- Identify data gaps and implement systems or workflows to improve information accuracy

Who We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Education Management, Operations, or a

related field

- 0–4 years of experience in campus operations, student services, or educational administration
- Demonstrated ability to manage data systems, maintain records, and produce actionable reports
- Robust interpersonal skills comfortable engaging with students, faculty, and leadership
- Proficient with productivity tools (Google Workspace / MS Office) and student management systems

Good to Have

- Experience working in a fast-paced EdTech or K-12/higher-ed environment
- Prior experience tracking NPS or other CX metrics in an institutional context
- Ability to communicate in regional languages relevant to the campus location
