Job Description
Must-Have**
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development
- Experience in scripting and debugging (server-side & client-side)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and upgrade-protected development
- Experience with integrations and REST APIs
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- ServiceNow ITSM modules/HRSD(Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
- Service Catalog, Record Producers,
Catalog Client Scripts
- Scripting: GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Business Rules, Script Includes
- Service Portal / UI Builder basics
- Integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Flow Designer & Workflow
- ACL & Security configuration
- Update Set management & deployment
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to HRSD modules (HR Case, Employee Service Center)
- Experience with Service Portal / UI Builder
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Exposure to Azure / cloud integrations
- Experience in reporting & dashboard
