Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire facility.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and storage spaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

. • Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner

. • Ensure inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment are maintained, and restock as necessary.

• Implement and monitor safety and sanitation policies and procedures. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.

• Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping activities, including productivity and budget management.

• Foster a positive and productive work setting, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
