Key Skills: Support Analyst

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Mode: WFH (Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred )

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare, publish, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for HR and Recruitment functions.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, joining, attrition, offer-to-join ratio, TAT, aging, and vendor performance.
- Generate custom reports and dashboards for leadership and global teams.

Data Analysis & Insights

- Analyse recruitment and HR data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to HR, TA leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reports.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with global HR, talent acquisition teams, recruiters, and vendors across multiple geographies.

Systems & Process Support

Manage data from ATS, HRMS, VMS, and other HR tools

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook
- Data handling, reconciliation, and reporting skills.

Behavioural & Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders.




- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines independently.
