Job Title: Key Accounts Management

Experience: 2+ years
Skills Required:
- Experience in managing large key clients in the recruitment business
- Account Mapping- Know about the intricacies of the clients from top to bottom, their subsidiaries, the ones relevant to us etc.
- Specific experience in IT or Non IT requirements on Contract/ Perm Staffing industry involving handling of large enterprise clients staffing needs with end-to-end responsibility including Recruitment and Revenue management through Client engagements.
- Front end Client and stakeholder management is a must
- Excellent English Communication skills written and oral
- Knowledge about the current market trends especially Recruitment industry related to staffing services.
