Roles and Responsibility

- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for desktop-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other computer systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and antivirus scans.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Experience with desktop hardware, including troubleshooting and repairing issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
