Experience: 1-2 Years
Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month (Negotiable)

Assistant Manager Pest Control Operations

Experience: 3-4 Years
Salary: 22,000 30,000 per month (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

- Perform pest control treatments and spraying activities at corporate offices, commercial buildings, and other client locations.
- Prepare and mix pest control solutions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle, store, and use pest control chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Ensure effective pest management services while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Maintain records of chemical usage, inventory, and service reports.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and statutory compliance guidelines.
- Support day-to-day pest control operations and ensure timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to understand service requirements and provide skilled support.
- Supervise and guide field staff where applicable (for senior roles).




- Maintain positive client relationships through quality service and timely communication.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with any one of the following subjects:

- B.Sc. Agriculture
- B.Sc. Life Sciences
- B.Sc. Chemistry

Preferred Certification

Candidates with a 20-Day Urban Pest Management Program Certification from the National Institute of Plant Health Management (NIPHM) will be given preference.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of pest management practices and chemical handling.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Leadership and team coordination skills (preferred for Assistant Manager role).
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for client service visits.
