Role & responsibilities
1. Ensure smooth running of all preparatory machines: Warping, Sizing, autodrwing, winding.
2. Achieve daily production targets for warp beams with required quality parameters.
3. Monitor sizing recipe, size box, drying, stretch, and sizing add-on %
4. Control yarn breakage, hairiness, and beam quality during warping & sizing
5. Handle quality complaints related to preparatory and take corrective action.
6. Maintain shift logbook, production report, efficiency, and downtime analysis.
7. Report machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance for quick rectification.
