Hiring: Finance & Accounts Executive (Freshers)

About the Role :

We're looking for enthusiastic Finance graduates who have a strong foundation in accounting and are eager to build a career in Finance & Consulting. This is not a routine back-office accounting roleyou'll work with experienced professionals, supporting domestic and international clients in accounting, compliance, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions and pass journal entries.
- Maintain ledgers, prepare bank reconciliations, and support month-end book closures.
- Assist in preparing Balance Sheets, P&L; Statements, and MIS reports.
- Support GST, TDS, payroll, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely financial reporting.

What We Are Looking For:

Educational Qualification :

- B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent.
- CA Inter/CMA Inter/ACCA (appeared or pursuing) is an added advantage.





Strong Accounting Basics (Mandatory)

Candidates should have a clear understanding of:

- Journal Entries
- Debit & Credit concepts
- Golden Rules of Accounting
- Ledger Posting & Trial Balance
- Basic Financial Statements (P&L; & Balance Sheet)
- Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Basic GST, TDS, and bookkeeping concepts
- Tally Prime and MS Excel (knowledge gained through academics or internships)

These fundamentals will be thoroughly assessed during the technical interview.
