- Ensure implementation of HSE Management System (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) across all wind farm & service activities.
- Support Site Teams for protected execution of WTG project works.
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessments, LOTO compliance verification and lifting/tooling/working-at-height monitoring for site activities.
- Lead incident reporting, investigation, RCA (5 Why / Fishbone) and ensure CAPA implementation.
- Drive behavioral safety, toolbox talks, near miss reporting culture improvement across sites.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements Factories Act, Electricity Act, WAH rules, Fire Safety, Environmental norms etc.
- Perform HSE audits (internal + contractor) and monitor closure of audit observations.
- Develop / deliver HSE training modules for technicians, contractors & site teams (WAH, First aid, Fire, Electrical Safety, LOTO, Rescue).
- Ensure proper PPE selection, approval and compliance monitoring as per risk category.
- Support sustainability initiatives, waste management, hazardous waste disposal compliance, HSE documentation & record control.
- Prepare weekly/monthly HSE KPI reports and present performance, trends & improvements to management.
