Sr. Specialist Procurement Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Operations skilled to support Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, ensuring smooth procurement operations, timely invoice processing, vendor support, and compliance with internal policies and financial controls. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors, Accounts Payable, and Procurement teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and guide stakeholders on Source-to-Pay (S2P) and procurement processes.
- Monitor outstanding GR/IR transactions and coordinate with buyers and vendors for timely resolution.
- Handle Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) related queries through ticketing tools and training sessions.
- Coordinate with vendors, Accounts Payable (AP), and PayOps teams to resolve overdue and blocked invoices.
- Monitor Non-PO invoices and ensure compliance with the No PO, No Pay policy.
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Manage procurement support tickets using ServiceNow or Zendesk while meeting SLA timelines.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls,



finance policies, and documented procedures.
- Support procurement reporting, operational activities, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in Procurement Operations, S2P, or P2P processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Ivalua.
- Experience with ServiceNow or Zendesk ticketing tools.
- Strong understanding of Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), invoice processing, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), GR/IR reconciliation, and SOX compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shared services or global operations environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
