We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with experience in chemical manufacturing plants to handle routine, preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment and utility systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with reactors, utility equipment, IMS documentation, and industrial safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of static and rotating equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and troubleshoot SS Reactors, Glass-Lined Steel (MSGL) Reactors, and Mechanical Seals.
- Handle vacuum systems, including water ring vacuum pumps and steam jet ejectors.
- Operate and maintain utility equipment, including:
- Maintain IMS documentation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Follow MSDS guidelines and adhere to EHS and safety procedures.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate spare parts management, inventory planning, and vendor support.
