- Should have knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Leading the production activities and monitoring overall operations for ensuring timely completion
- Managing production as per plan, safety management, quality management, energy efficiency and workplace friendly waste management
- Taking stringent quality measures for preparation / maintenance of necessary documents to proper compliance
