KRA
- Identify and pursue current opportunities to expand product offerings in target regions, focusing on Natural Marble and related surfaces.
- Build and execute strategic plans to strengthen market presence and align with overall company objectives.
- Generate business through Architects, Interior Designers, and when required, Contractors & Builders.
- Drive presenting products, securing specifications, and influencing product selection for projects.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to design effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing models.
- Manage the entire Sales Process from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
- Track and report on performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies and strengthen market positioning.
