About the Role

Arundhati Jewellers is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, lead the sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and a proven track record in jewellery retail.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom floor.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers with jewellery selection and resolving customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor customer footfall and ensure smooth customer flow within the showroom.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding sales performance, stock requirements, and operational issues.
- Ensure proper display, merchandising,



and cleanliness of jewellery counters and showroom premises.
- Maintain high standards of product presentation and visual merchandising.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and punctuality of showroom staff.
- Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and coordination with the inventory team.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, billing procedures, security protocols, and quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Support promotional campaigns, festive offers, exhibitions, and special sales events.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share operational updates with management.
- Train and mentor current sales executives to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of business information.
