Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions.
- Work on C2H (Contract-to-Hire), contract, and permanent staffing requirements.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, required technical skills, and project needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and job fit.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
- Negotiate compensation and ensure candidate availability for C2H opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS/recruitment tracker regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.




- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring is preferred.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, skills, and job roles.
- Robust experience using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of the domestic IT staffing market.
- Experience in handling C2H and permanent hiring requirements.
- Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
