Main Duties

Job Overview:

The Sales Coordinator Export will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations, coordinating customer orders, ensuring timely execution of shipments, and maintaining accurate records in SAP. The role involves close interaction with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders (customers, freight forwarders, CHA, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery for both domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with customers and sales team for order processing, documentation, and dispatch scheduling.
- Create and manage Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, and Invoices in SAP.
- Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and resolve any delivery or documentation issues promptly.
- Liaise with logistics teams.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of export documentation to the Customer. (Invoice, Packing List, COO, AWB/BL, etc.).
- Maintain accurate customer master data and pricing records in SAP.
- Support in coordinating LC documentation and payment follow-ups with finance and customers.
- Track order fulfillment,



pending deliveries, and report sales performance and dispatch status periodically.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate between production planning, stores, and logistics to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Handle customer queries and ensure effective communication and after-sales support.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong working knowledge of SAP (SD Module preferred).
- Hands-on experience in Import-Export and Logistics operations.
- Positive understanding of international shipping documentation and INCOTERMS.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with good organizational skills.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / International Trade.
- MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in International Business or related field (preferred)
