1 - Manager Production - A - PET line exp ((Blowing machines, filling machines, conveyor, shrink sleeves applicators etc. (APET Sidel, KHS, GEA))

2 - Manager Production - (Basic tetrapak machine Knowledge - A3 Speed, SIG, Straw Applicator, tray packer)

Role & responsibilities

To improve the production & productivity of the products & to achieve the target fixed by the management

For Manager Production - A PET - Responsibility

1. To lead production planning from the units objectives and ensure that production happens on time and as per plan

2. To ensure that volume production targets during season and non season is as per plans

3. To plan the resources for production in relation to costs and productivity norms

4. Ensure to maintain sterile parameters as per the OEM and PAPL standard

5. Responsible for ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 18001, EXIM & HACCP implementation that includes clearly defined responsibilities.

6. Responsible for productive and safe operation and running of Combi bloc Machine (APET) with rated capacity. Including Blower, Filler, Rejection system (Closure, Preforms, Sleever), Sleeving machine

7. Ensuring all equipments in the line are operated as per the rated capacity, minimal break downs & Maintain the complete line efficiency as per PAPL standard (99%)

8. Responsible for doing troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance to ensure machine is good working condition

9. To achieve the product, package index and KPIs as per the targets.

10. To maintain a complete record of all the production reports.

11. To maintain hygiene & GMP in PET section.

12. To Create and maintain various MIS reports.





For Manager Production - Tetra A3 Speed - RESPONSIBILITY

1. To lead production planning from the units objectives and ensure that production happens on time and as per plan.

2. To ensure that volume production targets during season and non season is as per plans.

3. To plan the resources for production in relation to costs and productivity norms.

4. Responsible for ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO 18001, & HACCP implementation that includes clearly defined responsibilities.

5. Planning of all equipments maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted production.

6. Ensuring all equipments in the line are operated as per the rated capacity, minimal break downs & good Mechanical Efficiency

7. To ensure that the quality of the beverage manufactured is as per standards through establishment and review of quality systems.

8. To reach the product and package indices as per targets and to ensure that quality systems are maintained

9. To ensure the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, EHMS, HACCP, TPM.

10. To maintain a complete record of all the production reports.

11. To Create and maintain various MIS reports

12. Effectively implemented the preventive maintenance schedule on interval basis like -daily, weekly, and monthly and annually to maintain the health of equipment perfect.

Qualification - B.Tech/BE - Mechanical / Electrical or Electronics / Instrumentation

Note - Relevant experience required in APET/ Tetra A3 Speed .... Should have Good communication skill
