About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience in residential interior design. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept development to execution while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare detailed space planning, furniture layouts, and design presentations.
Create accurate technical drawings, including:
Floor plans
Elevations
Sections
Electrical layouts
Ceiling layouts
Furniture details
Working drawings
Produce high-quality 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D models and design visualizations using SketchUp.
Coordinate with vendors, site engineers, and execution teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present designs, and incorporate feedback.
Perform site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.
Ensure designs comply with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and finishes.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong working knowledge of SketchUp
Expertise in technical and working drawings
Excellent client interaction and presentation skills
Strong understanding of residential interior design principles
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture
Strong problem-solving and space-planning abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
3–5 years of experience in residential interior design projects.
Experience in handling projects from design to execution.
