Job Summary

A Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Engineer provides independent, unbiased verification that materials, equipment, and structures comply with quality standards, technical specifications, and safety regulations. They conduct in office inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and document reviews during manufacturing, construction, or shutdown projects to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

- Supplier Vendor Management: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate offers, negotiate contract terms, and build lasting relationships.
- Procurement Ordering: Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders (POs), and manage the purchasing lifecycle, including tracking deliveries.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and assist with demand forecasting.
- Cost Quality Optimization: Analyze market trends to optimize procurement costs, review product quality, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Documentation Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier agreements, while generating reports on procurement costs and performance.
