We are building a dedicated Process Automation & Technology Team and are looking for a UI/UX professional who can contribute to both product design and quality assurance.

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer & Product QA Executive who can design intuitive digital products and ensure that applications, dashboards, and automation systems function correctly before deployment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Figma, user experience, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, usability, and manual software testing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both designing products and finding problems in them.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

- Design web applications, dashboards, internal tools, and business interfaces.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Create reusable UI components and maintain design consistency.
- Develop and maintain basic design systems.
- Convert business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Work closely with the MERN Stack Developer during implementation.
- Review implemented designs and ensure visual accuracy.
- Improve interfaces based on user feedback and usability observations.

Quality Assurance & Testing

- Test web applications and internal business tools.
- Test automation workflows and user journeys.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and usability issues.
- Perform functional testing and regression testing.
- Conduct responsive testing across different screen sizes.
- Test forms, dashboards,



authentication, user flows, and integrations.
- Verify API-connected features from the user perspective.
- Retest bugs after fixes and verify successful resolution.
- Maintain basic test cases and QA documentation.
- Conduct final quality checks before product deployment.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of usability and user experience.
- Basic manual software testing knowledge.
- Ability to identify and clearly report bugs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience testing React.js applications.
- Basic knowledge of API testing.
- Familiarity with Postman.
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Basic knowledge of browser developer tools.
- Experience with usability testing.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, UI/UX, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong portfolios and practical projects will be considered in place of formal qualifications.
