Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams.
- Generate leads and improve brand visibility through social media initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.




- Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable working in a Night Shift environment and supporting international clients.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Experience managing LinkedIn and B2B marketing campaigns.
