About The Arch International

The Arch International is a fast-growing overseas education consultancy helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad. We specialize in admissions, visa guidance, IELTS support, and career counseling for destinations including the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Dubai. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert to help us scale our online presence and generate high-quality student leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and manage engaging social media content including reels, carousels, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars.
- Generate qualified student leads through paid and organic marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track KPIs including reach, engagement, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and counselors to create marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media communities by responding to comments and messages.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.




- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience creating high-performing social media content.
- Valuable understanding of lead generation funnels.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Education, Study Abroad, EdTech, or Service industry.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel or similar.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
