Overview

The Associate/Analyst is an entry- to mid-level role for individuals eager to receive training and build career in Finance and Accounting domain. The role involves managing assigned daily tasks, engaging with clients, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of responsibilities.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently execute assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required
- Identify open/unresolved issues and escalate them appropriately while keeping supervisors informed
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders




- Monitoring and managing multiple mailboxes to ensure timely responses
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with various stakeholders
- Strive for continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience

About you

Qualifications:

- High School education or equivalent with no prior relevant experience.
