We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure product availability at chemist shops and stockists
- Organize and participate in CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities
- Submit daily call reports (DCR) and monthly reports on time
- Collect market feedback and competitor activity updates
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
