Silk Road Coffee Company is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic Sales & Guest Experience Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating memorable guest experiences while driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting smooth day-to-day café operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, engaging experience throughout their visit.
- Understand guest preferences and recommend food, beverages, and other offerings appropriately.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Drive sales through effective product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and presentation across the café, dining area, and service stations.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining adequate inventory levels.
- Communicate customer feedback, sales observations, and operational concerns to the management team.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards,



and food safety guidelines.
- Support day-to-day café operations and work collaboratively with the kitchen, barista, and management teams.
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales and guest experience targets.

Desired Skills

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a sales-driven approach.
- Ability to understand guest needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10+2. Graduates will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in hospitality and sales are encouraged to apply.
