About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue & Sales Head who can take complete ownership of our sales team, revenue generation, client handling, and daily sales performance.

This is not just a team-management position. The person will be responsible for building a high-performance sales culture and achieving a monthly revenue target of ₹20 Lakh.

The ideal candidate should be highly result-oriented, comfortable managing people, solid in sales, and capable of taking ownership of numbers.

Key Target

Monthly Revenue Target: ₹20,00,000

The Revenue & Sales Head will be directly responsible for:

- Achieving ₹20 Lakh+ monthly professional-fee revenue
- Managing the complete sales team
- Monitoring individual and team sales targets
- Improving conversion rates
- Following up with high-value leads and clients
- Hiring and training sales team members
- Maintaining daily sales discipline and reporting
- Handling important client conversations and escalations

Pay: ₹24,480.32 - ₹95,751.66 per month
