We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Photo & Video Editor to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling, with the ability to edit high-quality photos and videos for digital platforms, social media, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and brand communications. This role is best suited for someone who is passionate about post-production, stays updated with creative trends, and can deliver engaging content within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

● Edit high-quality photos and videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, and brand communications.

● Perform photo retouching, colour correction, background cleanup, and image optimization while maintaining brand consistency.

● Edit videos for various formats, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and campaign films.

● Add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and basic animations where required.

● Ensure consistency in colour grading, visual style, and overall brand aesthetics across all content.

● Organize and maintain digital media assets, project files, and content archives.

● Collaborate with the Photography, Videography, Marketing, and Creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver content on time.

● Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

● Stay updated with editing software, creative techniques,



and social media content trends.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Film Editing, Visual Arts, or a related field.

● 1–2 years of experience in photo and video editing.

● Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

● A strong editing portfolio showcasing photo and video editing work is mandatory.

● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.

● Strong understanding of photo retouching, colour correction, colour grading, and visual storytelling.

● Basic knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and video composition.

● Familiarity with different aspect ratios and export settings for social media, websites, and digital platforms.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

● Good organizational and time management skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

What We’re Looking For:

● Experience editing content for fashion, lifestyle, luxury, retail, or e-commerce brands.

● Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.

● Understanding of social media trends, short-form content, and platform-specific editing styles.

● Basic knowledge of photography and videography workflows.

Working Conditions

● Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours during campaign launches, events, or production schedules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
