Specific Skills Required

- Costing & Inventory:
- Knowledge of raw material costing, WIP, and finished goods inventory
- Familiarity with job work, consumption reports, and BOM-based accounting
- GST & Compliance:
- Hands-on experience in GST filing, input credit management, e-invoicing, and TDS returns
- Knowledge of labour compliances and ESI/PF filings is a plus
- Software Knowledge:
- Tally Prime
- Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
- Factory Accounts Management:
- Handling factory-level petty cash, monthly closures, and audit preparation
- Familiarity with branch transfer, inter-plant entries, and manufacturing journal entries

Soft Skills & Managerial Abilities

- Team handling experience (junior accountants, store accountants)




- Good communication with auditors, vendors, and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
