We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to help expand our retail customer base for our construction aggregates business. The role will involve identifying, approaching, and converting both B2B and B2C customers, including contractors, builders, developers, retailers, and individual buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source new B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Present our products and offerings clearly and confidently to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Establish and maintain the company’s digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in creating and publishing social media content to improve brand visibility and generate customer enquiries.
- Maintain basic records of leads, customer interactions, and sales follow-ups.
