Responsibilities

Analyze MEP drawings related to HVAC, plumbing, and other systems in terms of

various aspects such as accuracy, compliance, and coordination with architectural

plans

 Understanding of HVAC design principles such as consideration of ambient

conditions, equipment selection, and load calculations.

 Understand human comfort requirements and lighting loads.

 Exploring energy-productive alternative HVAC systems such as passive cooling

 Contribute to reducing environmental impact by reducing refrigerant quantities, use

of alternate refrigerants etc.

 Collaborate with senior designers to incorporate energy-saving features.

Explore innovative solutions for Mechanical systems Develop a basic

understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., National Building Code –

NBC, BIS, ASHREA, ISHREA).

 Ensure compliance in Mechanical designs.

 Working knowledge and ability to review of industrial piping design/data (such as





LPG, nitrogen etc).

 Should have 6+ Years’ experience into HVAC Design

 Should have the knowledge to review design details, drawings, technical

specification and bill of quantities, issued by the design consultants, to ensure the

same reflects the design brief.

 Should have minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC/ Firefighting, Plumbing, Fire

protections systems, steam systems

 Familiar with Indian and International Standards (NBC/IS/ASHRAE/

SMACNA/IEEE etc. as applicable) in above areas

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
