We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Service Center team. The CRE will be responsible for handling customer interactions, service appointments, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their service requirements.
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle/service appointments.
- Prepare and explain service estimates, job cards, and invoices to customers.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and other departments.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Support customer retention and service reminder activities.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service-related targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to communicate in English and the local language.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Previous experience in an automobile/service center/customer service role is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced service environment.
