Job Overview:

We are looking for a Payroll & Statutory Compliance Executive with hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance. The candidate must have practical exposure in PF & ESI filing, documentation, and labour compliance activities, preferably from Real Estate or Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly payroll processing
- Handle attendance, salary inputs, deductions & payroll reports
- Manage statutory compliance:
- PF Registration & Filing
- ESI Registration & Filing
- PF / ESI Challan Processing
- Statutory Documentation
- Physically handle PF & ESI filing/documentation work
- Maintain employee records and compliance files
- Handle labour compliance requirements
- Coordinate with site teams and workforce
- Support HR audits and inspections

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in:

- PF & ESI Compliance

- Practical knowledge of:
- EPFO
- ESIC
- Statutory Registers




- Experience handling site manpower payroll preferred
