Arch Enterprises is a Nashik-based company dealing in industrial and engineering products, serving customers across India. We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented professional to join our Business Development & Sales team.

Position - Business Development Engineer / Sales Engineer

Location- Nashik, Maharashtra

Travel Requirement: PAN India – frequent travel for customer visits, business development and sales activities.

Experience- 1–4 years

Salary-₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (Negotiable)

Eligibility — Mandatory as follows

Candidates should meet at least one of the following criteria:

Mechanical/Engineering educational background, OR

Relevant experience in Engineering / Technical / Industrial Sales

Candidates with experience in B2B sales of industrial equipment, machinery, pumps, engineering products or similar technical products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across assigned markets.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, references and other business development activities.
- Connect with industrial customers and understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Conduct customer visits and face-to-face business meetings.
- Present products and solutions according to customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.
- Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with technical, operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer meetings, enquiries, quotations and sales follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development and sales targets.
- Travel extensively across India as required for business development and customer meetings.
