We are looking for an AI Trainer & Curriculum Specialist to design and deliver engaging AI learning experiences for students across educational institutions in India. This role combines curriculum development, digital content creation, and on-ground training, with a strong focus on expanding access to future-ready skills through CSR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Content Development
- Design structured AI curriculum (beginner to advanced) covering ML, Deep Learning, Data Analysis, and AI Ethics.
- Develop training materials, assignments, and project-based modules.
- Create and record video content for digital learning platforms.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct in-person and virtual AI training sessions and workshops.
- Facilitate hands-on learning using tools such as Python and AI/ML frameworks.
- Adapt content for diverse learner groups and institutional contexts.
LMS & Digital Learning
- Support development and management of LMS and digital learning journeys.
- Organize and upload content to enhance learner engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Program Execution
- Coordinate with faculty, institutions, and internal teams for smooth program delivery.
- Travel to partner colleges across India for training and implementation.
Assessment & Continuous Improvement
- Design assessments and track learner progress.
- Incorporate feedback to improve curriculum and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching/training or facilitation.
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
- Experience of working with educational institutions or similar stakeholders.
- Interest in education, skilling, and social impact initiatives.
- Adaptable to both in-person and virtual training environments.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
