Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 3–5 years of experience to manage and oversee HR operations for our Tiruppur office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Monitor employee performance and support the appraisal and increment process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports.
- Plan employee engagement activities and promote a positive work culture.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with management on HR-related requirements and workforce planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Valuable understanding of PF, ESI, payroll, and labour compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS tools.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing HR operations for a branch or office.
- Experience in employee engagement and retention.
- Experience handling HR audits and statutory documentation.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and MIS reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
