Job Summary:

The Textile Dyeing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the dyeing process in the textile processing unit, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are met. The role includes managing workers, monitoring dyeing operations, and maintaining efficiency in the dyeing department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily dyeing operations.
- Ensure proper dyeing as per shade, quality, and customer requirements.
- Monitor dyeing machines, chemicals, and process parameters (temperature, time, pH, etc.).
- Allocate work to operators, helpers, and workers effectively.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for shade matching and approvals.
- Minimize reprocessing and reduce wastage of chemicals, water, and fabric.
- Maintain records of production, dye consumption, and machine performance.




- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of machines and work area.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure workers use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Handle any dyeing issues like shade variation, patchiness, or uneven dyeing.
- Train workers for better productivity and process improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments (Printing, Finishing, Planning).

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of textile dyeing processes (cotton, polyester, blends).
- Understanding of dyes, chemicals, and recipes.
- Problem-solving skills for dyeing defects.
- Leadership and team handling ability.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree in Textile Chemistry or related field.
- Experience: 3–8 years in textile dyeing unit.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
