Sanjay Eco Green Power Pvt. Ltd. operates multiple wind turbines of different makes across Tamil Nadu.

We are looking for a Windmill O&M; Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance, coordinate with site teams and contractors, and ensure reliable turbine performance across all locations.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate with operators and AMC contractors across all windmill sites.
- Conduct periodic site inspections and monitor site activities.
- Track turbine generation, uptime, breakdowns, and maintenance status.
- Escalate breakdowns and performance issues to AMC contractors and follow through until closure.
- Inspect transmission lines, electrical yards, and other related electrical infrastructure as required.
- Prepare and submit documentation for insurance claims and follow up through the payment cycle.
- Verify AMC preventive-maintenance visits against approved checklists and sign off on completed work.
- Maintain complete turbine health and maintenance records, including oil analysis, vibration and relay test reports, and transformer-oil test reports.




- Coordinate timely payments to AMC vendors, operators, and other key service providers.
- Coordinate spare-parts procurement, equipment repairs, and technical support with AMC vendors and OEMs.

What we’re looking for

- Strong working knowledge of wind turbine operations and maintenance.
- Experience managing electrical contractors; experience with electrical-yard work is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate multiple sites, contractors, and service providers effectively.
- Willingness to travel regularly to wind farm sites across Tamil Nadu.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering—or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Solid follow-up, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Coimbatore, with regular travel across Tamil Nadu

Pay: From ₹460,000.00 per year
