We are looking for an on-site/resident engineer with 2–5 years of AV industry experience to provide technical support and maintenance at the client location.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain AV & video conferencing systems.
- Support Teams, Zoom & Cisco Webex.
- Handle projectors, displays, LED walls, DSP, microphones, speakers & cameras.
- Provide meeting/boardroom support and preventive maintenance.
- Manage service tickets, SLA, reports and OEM coordination.
Required Skills
- AV troubleshooting & system integration.
- Knowledge of Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Biamp, QSC, Poly & Cisco.
- Basic knowledge of HDMI, HDBaseT, DSP, networking & AV-over-IP.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
