Business Development Executive (Tele Sales)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 1–3 Years

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Follow up with company-provided leads.
- Generate new leads through cold calling when required.
- Explain our Digital Marketing services to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM with call and follow-up details.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and target-based sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
