Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
- Track expenses and ensure proper accounting of company transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.




- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support management with financial and accounting-related reports.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in handling complete day-to-day accounting activities.
- Knowledge of payroll and basic statutory calculations will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a company or similar business environment is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
