Position: Immigration Lawyer

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft high-quality cover letters, legal submissions, and immigration support letters.
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws, policies, and procedural updates.
- Review and edit immigration documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
- Prepare Statements of Purpose (SOPs)
- Maintain case files and ensure all documentation meets immigration authority requirements.
- Collaborate with immigration consultants and legal counsel on complex cases.
- Train and mentor staff on legal writing, document drafting, and immigration documentation standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Required Skills





- Excellent English writing and proofreading skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Experience in immigration law or visa documentation.
- Ability to interpret immigration legislation and policy.
- High attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Solid communication and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in Law (LLB/LLM), English, Education, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in immigration
- Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or law firm is highly desirable.
