- SR Properties is seeking a dynamic and motivated ( Kapurthala Preferd ) Sales Advisors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, promoting Dubai real estate investment opportunities. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively with the team and relocate temporarily to any location as required for business purposes. This may involve staying away from their home location for several days with the team depending on work assignments, events, exhibitions, client meetings or other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable Dubai property options.
- Conduct property presentations and explain project details, payment plans, ROI, and investment benefits.
- Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Update client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and company projects.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, real estate, insurance, banking, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
