Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to convert prospects into qualified business meetings. The candidate will be responsible for outbound communication, follow-ups, initial lead qualification, and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
- Execute cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect requirements.
- Identify potential business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
- Re-engage old and inactive leads to generate recent opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handovers.
- Consistently achieve assigned outreach and meeting-generation targets.
