Must Have:

- 5–10 years of experience in embedded software development
- Solid hands-on expertise with Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be)
- Experience with Wi-Fi Mesh networking
- Deep understanding of firmware and driver development for embedded Wi-Fi systems
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming for networking and embedded applications
- Prior work with Qualcomm, Broadcom, MediaTek, or Intel Wi-Fi chipsets
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
