Your work profile

- Implement and support SAP Real Estate Versatile (RE-FX) solutions for end-to-end real estate business processes.
- Configure lease management, property management, contracts, rental agreements, and settlement processes.
- Integrate SAP RE-FX with SAP FI/CO, Asset Accounting, and other S/4HANA modules.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and perform system configuration and testing.
- Support SIT/UAT, data migration, go-live, and post-production activities, including issue resolution.

Key skills required

- Configure and support SAP REFX solutions for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP REFX solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
- Configure and manage business entities, buildings, rental objects, contracts, lease-out, lease-in, and occupancy management processes.




- Configure lease contracts, rent calculations, service charges, index-based rent adjustments, security deposits, and contract renewals.
- Support lease accounting processes in compliance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 requirements.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities, including creation, amendments, renewals, terminations, and rent escalations.
- Integrate SAP REFX with FI/CO, PS, MM, PM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Configure recurring postings, billing, settlement, receivables, and payment processing.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, end-user training, and go-live support.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and custom developments.
- Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, CPI, Security, and Fiori teams for technical developments and issue resolution.
- Analyze production issues and provide timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Prepare project documentation, configuration documents, SOPs, user manuals, and training materials.
- Participate in client workshops, effort estimation, solution demonstrations, and project planning activities.

Btech, MBA, or any other qualification
