About Royal Cosmetics:
Royal Cosmetics is an established color cosmetics manufacturing company with manufacturing operations in India and China. With over 25 years of industry experience, we specialize in manufacturing a wide range of color cosmetics for leading beauty and personal-care brands.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounts and ensure all financial records and payments are properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain customer, vendor & general ledgers accurately
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Ensure vendor and other payments are made on time
- Regularly follow up on receivables and outstanding payments
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable management
- Bank reconciliation and payment entries
- Purchase & Sales accounting
- GST, TDS, E-Invoice & E-Way Bill compliance
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts
- Maintain proper records of invoices,



payments, credit notes & debit notes
- Prepare outstanding and ageing reports
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks and CA
- Prepare MIS and other reports required by management
- Ensure accounts are accurate, updated and properly documented

Requirements:

- M.Com or relevant qualification
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime & MS Excel
- Positive knowledge of GST and accounting procedures
- Strong follow-up and reconciliation skills
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Must be organized, responsible and capable of independently handling accounts
