- Position Overview:
- Responsible for configuring and supporting Workday Talent & Performance Management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational talent strategies.
- Configure and support goals, performance reviews, feedback, and succession planning.
- Partner with HR to design workflows for career development and employee growth.
- Maintain accurate employee data for skills, competencies, and talent profiles.
- Build reports/dashboards to measure employee performance and succession readiness.
- Support annual performance and goal-setting cycles in Workday.
- Robust HR/Talent process knowledge.
- Experience with reporting, calculated fields, and business process design.
